The only way out is through.

The Stupid Gap

A 12-week, 1:1 coaching program for people whose lives look fine on paper – but feel empty

The stupid gap is the space between who you are and who you need to become in order to build a life that you don't want to escape. Everyone has one. Almost nobody steps into theirs – because from the outside, nothing looks wrong. It's the gap that whispers "is this it?" when things finally go quiet.

For 12 weeks, we step into yours.

Who this is for

You're probably Type A. The job's fine. The relationships are fine. The bank account is fine. And you're still moving the goalposts – next promotion, next race, next anything – because some part of you believes that if you stop pushing, you'll lose momentum and disappear.

This is for you if you're done with surface-level fixes and ready to do the actual work of building a life that you don't want to escape.

Dive deep with P.E.A.C.E.
Build the bridge with g.a.p.

We start by mapping your Self-Held Identity, Ego & Life Design – the version of you that was built to survive, not to thrive. The armor that kept you safe is usually the exact thing keeping you stuck. You can't put it down until you know it exists.

PEACE is the self-inquiry method we'll use to find out what you actually want from life – your deepest heart's desire, not the one you perform.

Presence – you give yourself the time, space, and permission to just be.

Exploration – you look at what comes up instead of outrunning it.

Agency – you choose how to respond. It is a choice. You are not a victim of your emotions.

Curiosity – you ask how that pattern served you in the past, and how it's holding you back now.

Empathy – you recognize that whatever comes up was most likely a product of the environment and circumstances you lived through. It made sense then.

Once we know what you're actually building toward, we bridge to it using the GAP Framework – Goals, Actions, Plan. This is where the insight becomes a life: concrete goals, the actions that produce them, and the plan that holds it together.

HOW it Works

What I'll do – And what I won't

I won't try to fix you. I won't push you to do anything you don't want to do. I will invite you to explore the edges of what you're comfortable with – safely – and reflect back what I see. And once we're building, I'll help you stay on mission with non-judgemental accountability.

My goal is simple: that you end these 12 weeks with a greater sense of satisfaction in your life, because you're deriving real meaning and purpose from it – on purpose.
