This Privacy Policy explains how RPG Solutions LLC, doing business as WTFU Coaching ("we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and protects your information when you visit thatryangray.com (the "Site") or engage our coaching and content services (the "Services"). We serve a global audience, and we take your privacy seriously.

The Site and Services are operated by RPG Solutions LLC (d/b/a WTFU Coaching), a limited liability company organized in the State of Texas, USA. For the purposes of the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR"), we are the "data controller" of your personal information.

Information you give us

When you submit our contact form ("Vibe Check" / work-with-me inquiry), we collect:

• Your name

• Your email address

• Your phone number

• A brief message about what you're looking for

• How you heard about us

These submissions are delivered to our email inbox so we can respond to you. If you become a client, we also collect the information needed to deliver coaching and to bill you.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site, our hosting provider and any analytics or cookie tools we use may automatically collect limited technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and referring URLs.

Information from third parties

If you subscribe to our newsletter, that subscription is handled by Substack, and your details are processed under Substack's own privacy terms. If you become a paying client, your payment details are handled by Stripe (see below) — we do not receive or store your full card details.

04Legal bases for processing (EEA / UK)

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on the following legal bases:

• Consent — for sending marketing emails and newsletters (you can withdraw consent at any time).

• Legitimate interests — for responding to your inquiries, securing the Site, and running our business, where those interests are not overridden by your rights.

• Contract — for delivering coaching Services and processing payments once you engage us.

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes described here, then delete or anonymize it. Suggested defaults —

• Contact-form inquiries that don't become clients: up to 24 months, then deleted.

• Client records and communications: for the duration of our engagement and afterward as needed for legal/tax purposes (commonly up to 7 years for financial records).

• Newsletter subscribers: until you unsubscribe.

09Your privacy rights

EEA / UK residents

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our processing of your personal data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

California residents

Under the CCPA/CPRA, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion or correction, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell or share your personal information as those terms are defined by California law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11Children's privacy

Our Site and Services are intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

The Site links to third-party platforms (such as YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Substack). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those platforms — please review their policies directly.
