These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of thatryangray.com (the "Site") and any coaching, content, or related services (the "Services") provided by RPG Solutions LLC, doing business as WTFU Coaching ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or engaging our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site or Services.

01Who we are

The Site and Services are operated by RPG Solutions LLC (d/b/a WTFU Coaching), a Texas limited liability company. "You" means anyone who accesses the Site or engages our Services. "Coaching" refers to the personal-skills and mindset coaching we offer.

02Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. By using them, you confirm that you are 18 or older and legally able to enter into these Terms.

03Our Services

We provide personal-skills and mindset coaching, along with free and paid content including a podcast, newsletter, and materials published on the Site and on third-party platforms. The specific scope, format, and duration of any paid coaching engagement will be agreed with you before it begins.

04Coaching is not professional advice

Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or a substitute for medical, mental-health, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional advice. We are not a licensed therapist, physician, attorney, or financial advisor, and nothing we provide should be treated as such. If you need professional or medical help, please consult a qualified professional.

You are responsible for your own choices, actions, and results. Coaching can support your growth, but we do not and cannot guarantee any specific outcome. In an emergency or crisis, contact your local emergency services.

05Booking and the "Vibe Check" call

You can request to work with us through the contact form on the Site. Submitting the form is an inquiry, not a binding agreement. If it's a fit, we'll schedule an introductory "Vibe Check" call. A coaching engagement begins only once we've agreed on scope and fees and you've made any required payment.

06Fees and payment

Fees for paid Services will be communicated to you before you commit. After your Vibe Check call, we'll send a secure payment link via Stripe, our third-party payment processor. Payments are subject to Stripe's terms, and by paying you also agree to those terms. We do not collect or store your full payment-card details. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due before Services begin.

07Session scheduling, rescheduling, and no-shows

We ask that you give at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule a session. Sessions cancelled with less notice, or missed without notice ("no-shows"), may be forfeited and are not refundable or rescheduled, except at our discretion.

08Refunds and cancellations

Option B — Limited refund window. You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you have not yet completed your first session. After that point, or once services have been substantially delivered, fees are non-refundable.

Note: consumers in some regions (for example, the EU/UK) may have a statutory cancellation right for services purchased at a distance. Where that applies and services begin during the cancellation period at your request, that right may be limited — confirm the specifics for your market if this matters to you.

09Intellectual property

All content on the Site and in our Services — including text, graphics, logos, the "Ryan Gray" and "WTFU Coaching" brands, podcast episodes, and coaching materials — is owned by RPG Solutions LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to access and use this content for your own non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, or redistribute our content or materials without our written permission.

10Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site or Services, including by: breaking the law; infringing others' rights; uploading harmful code; attempting to gain unauthorized access; or using our content or brand in a misleading way. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms.

11Third-party links and platforms

The Site links to third-party platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Substack, and Stripe. We don't control and aren't responsible for their content, terms, or practices. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms.

12Disclaimers

The Site and Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any particular result will be achieved from the Services.

13Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RPG Solutions LLC and its owner will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site or Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Services giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

14Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RPG Solutions LLC, its owner, and its representatives from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Site or Services or your breach of these Terms.

15Privacy

Your use of the Site and Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your personal information.

16Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Site or Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

17Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue.
