We both want to be sure that we'll be comfortable working together, so the first step is a complimentary 20-minute call to confirm that we're a good fit.

After a successful introduction, we'll schedule your first session. Coaching is most effective when done weekly at first, though some find that bi-weekly is also helpful.

Depth-oriented coaching will help you get to the root of the thoughts, patterns, and behaviors that impact your career and relationships.
